I recently switched my auto insurance to State Farm and had a really great experience working with Rosella and the team again.

Rosella was incredibly responsive throughout the process and what I appreciated most was how easy she made it to communicate over email. When you’re working during the day and can’t always step away to take phone calls—especially in an office setting—that flexibility makes a huge difference.

There was a small hiccup during the process, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. Rosella happened to be tied up helping another customer and it was already past their normal operating hours, but Alexis and Karrie stepped in and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. They made sure my policy was properly bound and that I had the correct coverage in place before it starts tomorrow.
